The Brace Face Kit® is an At-Home Braces Management Kit designed to help patients and families manage common braces concerns between orthodontic appointments.

The kit is intended for braces management and mouth use only and should be used only for its intended purpose and according to the instructions provided.

The Brace Face Kit® is designed to support everyday braces management and does not replace your orthodontist, dentist, or other licensed healthcare professional. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional orthodontic care.

If you experience significant pain, injury, bleeding, swelling, or another serious concern, contact your orthodontist, dentist, or appropriate healthcare professional.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using the Brace Face Kit® properly and according to the included instructions and educational materials.

Brace Face, LLC is not responsible for problems, damage, or injury resulting from misuse, improper use, unauthorized use, failure to follow instructions, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Brace Face, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or other order-related problems.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is generally outside of Brace Face, LLC's control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All Brace Face Kit® sales are final.

Because the Brace Face Kit® contains instruments intended for mouth use, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for purchased products, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise provided under an applicable product warranty or replacement policy.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an apparent product defect, please contact us promptly at info@bracefacekit.com so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
